Born and raised in South Africa, Justin and Sue lived together in Cape Town – diving, surfing, and sailing until building their own 30-foot sloop and embarking on an epic transatlantic crossing to South and North America.

What an idyllic time I had with Sue and Justin on Shanti! To find myself sailing on those turquoise waters from island to island was to live a dream I'd never dared to have. This was made possible by my extremely competent, adventurous, generous and caring hosts, who are welcomed and appreciated by locals thanks to their respectful nature and their propensity to spread love and joy wherever they go.
